Seller Policy

1. Seller Registration
To sell on KUKS & CO, you must register as a Seller and provide valid KYC documents, including GSTIN (if applicable), PAN, and bank account details. We reserve the right to approve or reject Seller applications at our discretion.
2. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product listings are accurate, including descriptions, prices, and images. Listings must not violate any intellectual property rights or include prohibited items.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
Sellers agree to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving the order notification. Timely fulfillment is critical to maintaining high Seller ratings and Platform integrity.
4. Quality Assurance
Sellers must ensure that the products delivered match the quality and description provided on the Platform. Repeated complaints regarding product quality may lead to account suspension.
5. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must honor the Platform’s Return & Refund Policy. Sellers are responsible for the costs associated with returns due to defective products or incorrect items sent.
6. Advertising Services
Sellers may opt for Silver or Gold Advertising Packages to enhance their visibility on the Platform. These services are governed by a separate Advertising Services Agreement.
7. Compliance with Law
Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including consumer protection laws and tax regulations. Sellers are responsible for filing their own taxes (GST, Income Tax) on sales made through the Platform.
